With direct access to IBM and Lenovo services and parts teams, we also support global customers ie products bought out of the country: our systems allow us to check immediately on the status of your machines warranty cover, even for international warranty cover. Therefore, we ensure quicker service delivery plus only genuine parts are used to repair your machine(s).
In addition, for our contracted clients on maintenance & support agreements, we provide an on-line (web-based) Help Desk system to assist them in call logging, ticketing, and tracking of all calls/requests that TBM is handling under the agreement. Through this system, our clients can track each and every logged call for support or part orders at their convenience, anywhere, anytime and with minimal costs.
